Signatures of Sampson Ngwele (as GOVERNOR) and Willie Jimmy Tapagararua (as MINISTER OF FINANCE). Melanesian male head as watermark. Solid security thread. Boar's tusk as registration device. One horizontal and one vertical 6-digit serial number on the front side. Both are printed in black and have the double letter prefix AA.
